The Load4 75 Touring is one of the most comfortable family cargo bikes: full suspension, a strong Cargo Line motor and a large 75 cm loading area. It is long, heavy and expensive, and it has been replaced by the Load5, so look for remaining stock or a good used bike.

Riding and everyday use

The Bosch Cargo Line motor with 85 Nm pulls a loaded bike away from traffic lights easily, and Magura CMe four-piston brakes give strong, controlled stopping. The 545 Wh battery is enough for around 40 km with a load; R&M offered a second battery for longer days. The 11-speed Shimano Deore derailleur of the Touring version is light and efficient but needs more care than the vario hub versions.
