Privacy policy

AllCargo collects as little data as possible. This page explains what is processed when you use the site.

Who is responsible

This website, allcargo.bike, is run by AllCargo. For any question about your data, write to info@allcargo.bike.

Server logs

When you open a page, our hosting provider automatically records technical data in its server logs: your IP address, the date and time, the page requested, the page you came from and your browser type. The servers are located in the Netherlands.

We use these logs only to keep the site running and to detect misuse. They are kept for a limited time and then deleted. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a secure, working website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Cookies and tracking

The public pages of AllCargo set no cookies and use no analytics, advertising or tracking services. Fonts, scripts and images are loaded from our own server, so no third party receives data while you browse.

Links to shops

When you click a link to a shop or manufacturer, we count the click: which offer, the time, the page language, the page you came from and your browser type. To avoid counting the same visitor twice, we also store an anonymised value calculated from your IP address and browser that changes every day. The IP address itself is not stored, and we cannot identify you from this value.

After the click you are on the shop’s website, and the shop is responsible for the data it processes there.

When you write to us

If you send us an email, we use your address and your message only to answer you, and we delete the correspondence when it is no longer needed.

Your rights

You have the right to ask which data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to its processing, and to complain to a data protection authority. Write to info@allcargo.bike and we will answer as soon as we can.

Changes

We update this page when the site changes. Last updated: October 2026.
