Who it is for
The Urban Arrow Breeze is for families who like Urban Arrow's quality but want a bike that parks like a normal one instead of a long bakfiets. The rear rack carries up to 80 kg and two children, the front rack another 15 kg, and the bike is rated for 200 kg in total with a rider up to 120 kg. Children can ride from about nine months in a suitable seat.
Riding and everyday use
Smaller 24-inch wheels keep the children's weight low and make the bike easy to balance at walking pace. The Bosch Cargo Line motor with 85 Nm pulls strongly, the stepless hub with belt drive shifts at a standstill and needs almost no maintenance, and a suspension fork smooths rough streets. With the 800 Wh battery, expect around 60 km with children on board.
Before you buy
The Breeze has MIK HD mounts front and rear, so compatible child seats, baskets and bags click on without tools. A protection bar, footrests, two seat cushions, a spoke guard and the front rack are included, which many longtails charge extra for.
