The GSD P00 is the low-maintenance GSD: the same 1.91 m frame, 100 kg rear rack and Cargo Line motor as the P10, but with a belt and stepless hub instead of a chain and derailleur. It costs more, and accessories for children still add up.
AllCargo estimate: 80 kg rider, 40 kg cargo, rolling terrain, tour mode.

The Tern GSD P00 is for families who want to carry two children or heavy shopping on a bike that is barely longer than a city bike. At 1.91 m long and 68 cm wide, it fits in hallways and many lifts, especially when stood upright on its tail. The rear rack is rated for 100 kg and the whole bike for 210 kg.
The Bosch Cargo Line motor with 85 Nm starts confidently with two kids on the back, and the 20-inch wheels keep the load low. With the 500 Wh battery, around 40 km with children on board is realistic. Magura MT5 four-piston brakes and a 50 mm suspension fork rated for 210 kg keep the ride safe and comfortable. The stepless hub with belt drive shifts at a standstill and needs almost no maintenance.
Child seats, the Clubhouse rails, footrests and bags are sold separately and add up quickly. The belt and hub cost more than the derailleur of the P10, but they pay off if you ride daily in all weathers. If you want the easiest setup for two children, check Tern's family bundles.
The P00 has a stepless hub gear with belt drive, the P10 a 10-speed derailleur with chain. Frame, motor, rack and carrying capacity are the same.
With the 500 Wh battery, around 40 km with two children on board is realistic. A second battery roughly doubles it.
Two children on the rear rack with suitable seats or the Clubhouse system, within 100 kg on the rack and 210 kg in total.
The Tern GSD P00 can carry up to 2 children, depending on the seats and accessories fitted.
With its 500 Wh battery we estimate about 39 km per charge with an 80 kg rider and 40 kg of cargo on rolling terrain. Use the range calculator above for your own scenario.
The bike weighs about 35.8 kg and has a maximum permitted total weight (rider, cargo and bike) of 210 kg.
Prices start at €5,500. The final price depends on configuration, battery size and accessories.
